The process of an energy efficiency project by Effienergy is done in several stages and always starts with a study: DIAGNOSIS.
What is the diagnosis made by Effienergy?
The diagnosis makes it possible to determine the economy at the end of measurements and to size the Effi-Save® controller.
The calculation of the savings is carried out by our tool Effi-Calcul®, it allows to indicate the rate of saving.
1 – SITE VISIT – MEASUREMENTS
Preliminary stage to the visit:
Sending by the customer:
- electrical diagrams
- the layout plan of the electrical rooms
- N-1& N electricity bills
1. Data collection by Low Voltage Distribution Switchboard
During the visit of the Effienergy® technician on site, he carries out the readings necessary for the implementation of the Effi-Save® controller in the customer’s existing electrical installation.
2. Installation of an analyzer by Low Voltage Distribution Switchboard
The technician installs an analyzer for a period to be determined with the customer (7 to 30 days), depending on its production or operating cycle.
3. Removal of an analyzer by Low Voltage Distribution Switchboard
After the jointly defined recording period, the engineer returns to remove the analyzer.
2 – DATA ANALYSIS
After the measurement period, Effienergy® analyzes the data and calculates the potential savings rate with Effi-Calcul®.
A detailed savings report and the database is sent to the customer.
3 – PROPOSAL WITH ROI
At the end of the different stages, Effienergy® presents a proposal with an ROI based on real data out of recorded measurements.
